MTC has almost zero debt and plenty of cash to complete the sale process multiples higher than current price, even if Gold falls back to $2,100 is still ok.

KCN with our huge CAT Equipment debts from buying from the showroom fall instead of 2nd hand & expensive Nebari debt trap will be destroyed when the AISC is finally revealed if Gold falls anywhere near $2100 .... Maybe they will keep quiet on AISC until 2025 if it's so bad because they will have to reveal once and for all how much they have been blowing on conferences / hotels / chatree festival carnival party time, etc, etc.
