Positive news.
Management composition is finally changing. It should strengthen management enormously where it was frighteningly weak. In the new dawn, the advent of professional managers (career executives) begins.
More questions than answers though. Fortify management because a predator is on the prowl? Paving the way for further changes? RSK starting to prepare the way forward for a successor? External criticism helped bring about change?
What a shame a professional manager in this field was not on board to help the misguided finance the company appropriately while it struggled to survive in recent years
