Management performed below expectations / behind schedule since then, which explains the price remaining flat.
As far as I'm aware, there's still been no news release of grade surpassing 0.40g/t. NE cost money and returned nothing. Costly and risky debts. Etc.
And the finances are still not risk free (just reduced from 'very high' where it was a month ago).
