I'm curious what the trigger could be for a Class Action.
Diluting our shares down to virtually nothing reminds me of what happened to the Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin.
(If you recall the movie, The Social Network).

I would happily sign up to a Class Action if it were to happen.
The way the BoD has acted over the years has been shameful and treated share holders like an ATM.
