    isn't it $120M for about 12% of WA1 $1B (not taxed)?
    60% would be about $72M Plus the $7.5 for the IPO - so about $80M
    And I reckon WA1 will end up vending their remaining exploration assets into Agrim with the consideration being shares.
    Tali will have enough on their hands imo
    If you are a retail investor there is no way you would be buying WA1 other than deferring a CGT event
    They won't raise much here.
    Enough to keep the lights on.
