    I need to check it but for Tali’s WA1 shares to be distributed to they would need to wholly owned by Tali which obviously they aren’t so this at least creates a pathway as Tali Ltd can eventually buy AMN’s 40% share of Tali by issuing script as consideration. Whether or not that avoids the tax would need to be looked at.
