Fair value for CI1 with its current financials sits around the 3.5c range IMO.
It never deserved to be as sold off as it was, nor did it deserve the ridiculous pump it got.
Suggest if CI1 are looking for media coverage/PR in the future they avoid scumbag stock pump organisations and spend the money on legit media instead.
