Having checked the last BGS A/R, apologies for wasting people's time - please ignore my previous comments on the options still held by ex-Directors.

Of the remaining BGS options as at the end of 2017
There has been an exercise of 1.5m of the 30-Jun-2018 options (@33.6c) - previously held by 3 parties
[Borg Geoscience Pty Ltd - 1.5m; Gillam Super Investments P/L - 1.5m; and D Robinson - 1.5m]
- leaving 3m to be exercised in the next 5 months;

There has also been an exercise of 1m of the 1-Dec-2018 opts (@31.6c)
- held by Zenix Nominees Pty Ltd (a Hartleys Limited associated entity)
- leaving 3m to be exercised in the next 10 months;

Plus - I was obviously not thinking clearly as the 7.5m options @45c are of course the NEW BoD options!

So the old BoD have already exercised all the 5.215m options they walked away with (after cancellations/claw-backs).

Looking forward to the last of the stock overhang from the ex-Directors finally coming to an end.
