    Penny Pincher I can tell you right now things are not good... i will not name the solar farm but from ties on the ground RCR are not paying their contracted employees the right amount of money owing.. and return production is currently grinding to a halt and will do Until pay is correctly provided to its contracted employees.. pushing back deadlines.
