Some good points there Noof, it is interesting to look at the half year to December for GGP and I was a little surprised that their actual numbers are better than I thought, not great if also consider E&D, uncertainty etc and I think GGE has much better options in house for lower risk/return.
Figures are 6mths to Dec13 which come from the recently Dec Qtrly's and calc's are done based on my assumptions for my own benchmarking purposes only.
