Because OCP haven't be in a so good shape for the first 9 monhs of 2023 :

So it seems pink sheets are not very reliable. Centrex and OCP sales prices were lower than World bank ones during 2023. I hope prices will be better than 150 USD/t in december and in 2024. We will see.
OCP is optimistic for 2024 :
