Teutonic Bore is low grade 1.2% Cu and 2% Zn, hence why it is not part of Jaguar's ore reserve.

It is the high grade Turbo deposit 1.8% Cu and 8.5% Zn which makes Jaguar interesting. The smaller Spectre deposit is also very interesting 1.5% Cu, 12% Zn, 1.3ppm Au, 150ppm Ag.

Aeris does not have enough capital to develop all their mines right now. Since the copper price is so much higher than the zinc price at the moment, it may make more sense for Aeris to use their limited capital to develop Constellation or Barbara, rather than reopen Jaguar.
