Yes MM acquisition appears to be a disaster for nearly everyone at the moment.
The sellers of MM were issued scrip in SW1 at the equivalent of 30c per SW1 share so their return on the sale of MM is severely reduced.
Smorgan & co will want to see SW1 succeed
