It appears that they were well aware of what was going on with CVI at the time as well.

But, most importantly, what has actually been achieved there to protect the shareholders from getting ripped off well and truly?? NOTHING!!!

Ask our good MOD Raks. She can tell you the full story and where it got here lol. After what she did and went through, in order to get justice done, it got her and us, NOWHERE.

It sucks and it sucks up big. But the only thing that can change things around are the Legislators, whom unfortunately haven't got the proverbials to act upon it, even when they knows full well the the poor Retail Investors are getting well and truly shafted.

As someone wrote some while ago. These people have no Insurance and no public Liability to protect us from their actions. And if that is the case, how are ASIC and others going to recover the costs incurred, let alone any fines that may be imposed..???

The whole system sucks. But that is part and parcel of being in the Sharemarket.
