The interesting thing about this announcement is it confirms they haven't been selling.
Apart from the IPO investors all the rest are in three camps ACA , The Distributors and the other owners of the private company.
ACA have a cost base of 17c
The distributors have a cost base of 21c
The founders didn't sell any shares into the IPO when the had the opportunity of getting 20c
Who is selling ?
ACA took up 5m of the IPO and have bought another 5m on market. I know of others who have accumulated 20m so if it's only IPO investors there is only about 3m I can't account for ???
