All we can do is speculate on this vague announcement, so I'll take a second stab. The investigation is likely to be surrounding a manufacturing issue, so my most likely in my mind is Investigation of property loss/theft. I.e. has a stockpile of plants or dried flower gone missing. Or Perhaps property damage (insurance event).
I'd imagine it wouldn't be something like, an investigation of visa application pathways for key overseas consultants (unlikely to trigger a TH!)
