Company raised cash at $0.08. They've reduced risk at that price (reduced debt, improved ratios). $0.07 is better value than was gained by all who participated in that raising.

As long as it's a true 'mispricing'. Not just 'updated' pricing, because of updated assumptions since then.

From the quarterly, I'm missing some important info that I have to wait for the annual report to get. So it's hard for me to say whether the company is in a stronger or weaker position in the months after the raising (other than the de-risking from the cash itself).
