You will need 5% of shares on issue to request a 249D meeting. Suggest you start by gathering shareholders via HC
I would request a copy of the Share Register via the Company. You may have to pay a fee
I would then write to the Top 20 to gauge potential support. They are key
You will need to nominate replacement Directors and convince shareholders of their abilities and their Plan going forward.
Similar direction gathering steam over at ARV and successful but hostile 249F finalised for MLM
