In summary, it appears ResApp have been deliberately with-holding the disadvantages of the scheme and over-emphasisng the purported benefits of the scheme in communcations to shareholders. Glad that ASIC (and the Courts) have picked up on this. It just shows the desperation and lack of following due process by the BOD.
