Thanks for clarifying, much appreciated. I'm still wondering whether that announcement last Tuesday is actually valid then? I'm probably naive, but if the scheme, the bids and bid increases, notice of meetings, notice of scheme booklet yada yada yada have to be approved by the Supreme Court first, how are they making these announcements before that approval?
