Thx Coppernoob, great effort and great research.

We are low on cash; it makes me sick that we are wasting cash on legal practitioners and court appearances due to concerns by both ASIC and the Court regarding how the Board in an ASX announcement had an unbalanced approach where the board highlighted the advantages of the scheme but referred shareholders to the scheme booklet to go find the disadvantages of the scheme.
Maybe this is why Pfizer loaned RAP the money given the Court and ASIC's above mentioned issues?
