MC now $28m … with CR dilution … $34m … they need another $26-30m odd from memory … someone wise mentioned convertible notes … makes sense.

Nobody is giving these directors their money easily!

So it looks like the SP will be capped by some $60-65m worth of shares at an average around 10-15c over 12 months I'd guess.

WHY ELSE would they have allocated themselves 3 Year 20c options?

IMHO - this SP won't be released to fly until 2020 at least, probably 2021. (There will be continual delays, much of it financially related and the new money will always get the best deal!)

That's how I really feel about WKT - and why the big money isn't interested.
