So another good example of how the ' Void ' of reconciled information works , just look at , and compare the information which was posted as at March 22nd 2022 per the revised Top 20 as against what was included in the Notice Today ....as compared to the Application for Quotation of Securities posted on the 14th April ( below ).

So you will see that despite whether you draw the conclusions to the 22,631,142 shares issued on the 14th as being Piedmont's or not , there is still an un-reconciled balance of 2,407,392.

So this then lead one to speculate .....Well are they indeed the same shares being declared in the substantial holders change notice .....or is the 2,407,392 shares given to Kieth Phillips.

Piedmont Lithium Limited 1,163,322,781 16.37%

New Notice today .................1,188,361,315 16.58%

And obviously a difference of $25,038,584as per the Piedmont Notice published today ( see below ).

So you can see that it still doesn't tell us everything that is going on with respects to these additional 2,407,392 shares which have allegedly been added on the 14th April 2022.......
