Leo is exactly the character of person I want to back in shell; committed to doing the good deal (Leo has 20% from 5-6c), not standing in the way for management.. but naturally probably doesn't want to give the company over to someone with no skin who'll excessively dilute.

I guess they trusted Gold Basin partners in the past and its proving to be difficult to honour agreements now... go figure why. Whether there's a deal to be made that suits all the people with skin... I don't know. It would make sense. I dont know why Aurum haven't done that.

But they look at new deals, of course. Julian has a lot of monied contacts too. For the right project I think cap raise money wouldn't be hard.
