    not gloss on the project...show me the agreements, share structures, funding stages/prices, claims on ownership, exchange submissions etc. because they would have to be, in some part at least, completely contrary to statements made by GRV.

    I spoke with the IR guy and I'll be honest I didn't get much. Just headline story. And they're not going to raise much on just that.
