There was such a dramatic Court cases to save these tenements so why didn't Ed communicated this to shareholders in the past that we still have those tenements. Ed has to admit he isn't good leader to maintain relationships with shareholders, He knew this is the case not only recently but since the court hearing, off course there'll be misunderstanding from shareholders, Ed needs to communicate this across to shareholders clearly as soon as it happens. Ed only replies in 3 - 5 words email.
