double check details,
its usually the culmination of a few details not checked that bring down an aeroplane. they must get it right at gindarra- (& hopefully theres plenty of oil in there)
Im betting that exacting attention to detail may have meant a successful tindalo. imagine the posn ndo could be in now. maybe we'll never know for sure.
the main pressure point for ndo (and a crucial one at that) is tindalo & the drill date is wrong on the presso. how easy to spot, was this document checked.
