I guess this begs the question
If Dr Sud was present at that board meeting would he have voted in favour?

My 2c worth is that Dr Sud as a member of the BOD, I am sure would have been aware back in
March, 2021 that the company registered the company name APIRX Pharmaceuticals Limited with ASIC.


Since then Dr Sud has spent $8M of his own money converting options / investing more funds in IHL.
Dr Sud advanced his holdings to become a substantial holder in October, 2021

So IMO that's confirmation that he was ok with the direction that the BOD was taking in the future
intentions of the AIPRX Acquisition, otherwise, he would have kept his money in his pocket.
This notice must be just of a technical nature and correctly non-price sensitive.
