They seem to have made an arithmetic error, for goodness sake.
After a lifetime association with this bank (as child, adult, married life, mortgage etc), I am considering untangling my affairs from them.
If one of my kids behaved so badly/selfishly (as the CEO did in saying that all this is not a big deal). I would try to correct the behaviour. How can I in good faith remain a customer and shareholder. I would be tolerating the behaviour?
