These errors were pretty obvious.
One wonders why the annual report was released with them in it.
How come no one in the company noticed them before the report was released to the public ?
Who in the company was responsible for reviewing the report before it was released ?
Shouldn't the incorrect tenement information have been obvious to the geologists in the company ?
Shouldn't the incorrect share transaction data have been obvious to all the board members and to the company secretary ?
And how come the auditor didn't find these mistakes ?
