sometimes I think ASX stands for amateur supervised exchange.
this is NOT defamatory in my opinion im not stateing a fact , it is my opinion.
there actions or lack of in enforcing listing rules eaves a lot to be desired at time, they are a business too to make money .
how about this??
there should be fines for errors in late 3b notices for example , and other breaches of a similar nature, late quartleys etc
