If they can't even get the EGM Presentation right the first time; we shareholders must seriously wonder what can they get right.

This is a further demonstration that an attorney and two accounts don't know a thing on how to properly manage a mining company.

After the EMG there is more reason than ever for shareholders to demand to know the contents of the other proposals received, which ADY is conveniently not revealing to its shareholders.

Icarus Derivatives Ltd - Corsair Capital Ltd walked off with ADY's most valuable assets for a song and a dance! US$ 10,000 at completion..what a sad joke! The shareholders know nothing more today about Icarus and Corsair than they knew a month ago.

I wonder if there is proper asset protection for ADY in the deal with Icarus and Corsair for both the mineral properties and port concession just incase Vallenar Iron under Icarus control manages to lose these assets.

This deal should be looked at by ASIC.
