Your lesson from following HML will most likely be that you sold out too early (Time will tell) and that more trades would/will give you some more profits.
As an 'Investor' that takes positions in companies for fundamental/portfolio balance reasons, the ASIC queries and voluntary suspension is irrelevant for neither has changed any fundamental issues.
The only significant fall I see in the SP is after each large dividend.
