At the end of the day, the fault lies solely with HML. ASIC still found significant errors (the $10 vs $95m revenue etc) and I think everyone would agree that ASIC should err on the side of caution.

I just wanted to make the point that there seems to be a few people in these threads saying everything is ok now that ASIC has sorted HML out and they (HML) will be much more diligent going forward.

HML deserve scrutiny and should not be absolved of past behaviour. The objective is to fly straight 100% of the time not just after you get caught.
