Since when does a shareholder (and that is all they are currently) put out announcements for the company?

So SBL has poured 4,300oz in Jan, why does LG tell investors and not SBL? Over $7,000,000 of gold poured is screaming how undervalued this company was and is and Lg stating they are "paying a premium".

LG's offer is beyond a joke and the management accepting this should look at themselves in the mirror daily at the lack of integrity and spine looking back at them. They gave this way and I can't help but feel some backdoor deal has been done over this via the Cayman Islands. As per the "investor" out of nowhere just weeks before the TO offer (more like blind robbery at this price).

Why can't LG even get basic details correct, hell they don't even know the company code!!! And they want you to accept shares in their company?????

Warning bells ringing daily here...You are all being totally ripped off IMO.
