From memory, there is yourself and @vcubitt that hold Cortical shares directly as well as via BPH. GBA shareholders also have exposure but am I correct in saying BPH is the only listed entity?

The key questions for the rest of us, who predominantly have interest in just PEP11, is how does the Cortical investment get monetised and what is the indicative timeframe?

From your post above, are you thinking Phillips just step up and buy Cortical lock stock and barrel? Or is a NASDAQ listing more likely?

The ASX market clearly doesn't yet reconcile the potential revenue from BARM to the BPH MC so how do you see David progressing this?
