re: Ann: CRC: Cortona and Unity Merger Court ... UML holders do not get to vote on the scheme, your board did the DD on CRC. CRC shares are being exchanged for UML scrip so clearly CRC holders need to vote on this as it will cease to exist after the scheme is passed.

I am only prepared to say that my own research (independent) shows that there are no grounds. I expect CRC will confirm this in due course. UML is well aware of the issues and they seem happy to press on.
