I'm against the merger because I think it is unfair and unreasonable for UML holders. So on balance UML loses.

Seriously though, I think that Goldstone is a better option and that we should have saved our money for it.

Having to pony up $75m for the development of CRC's asset with all the intrinsic risk associated with that, whilst also sharing a proven producer (Tassie) together with UML's other assets, doesn't add up.

That said, a number of UML holders would disagree. I know of others who agree. So.................let's have a vote. And could management please keep the market informed about all developments inlcuding any objections?

Interesting days ahead though.
