Assuming you bothered to do some due diligence you would be well aware that CRC has a $42m debt facility which could be expanded with a larger merger group if required. UML have some plant/equipment from Kangaroo Flat which will most probably be suitable to be moved to Dargues Creek and will not only reduce capital costs but should shorten
    commissioning timelines.
