the selling is not based on one hole. it's two holes and where one of those two were drilled. other factors too. normally MAG shows visuals from other completed holes and this time there are no visuals from 425 despite being completed few weeks ago.
I don't think anyone said the ground is a dud but the risks certainly went up.
