Can you really call two small trades "the market"? IMHO 2010 will be a big year for COV/TGF. I see no reason the merger will not be completed, as TS has (imo) probably talked to some of the top 20 holders and made sure he had the numbers before announcing it. So come Feb we will have a junior explorer with $30 mill in the bank drilling holes as fast as they can to confirm a resource that is shaping up to be a significant gold deposit. This really is Drill Baby Drill!!
