Obviously this dude has no real business idea of how to operate a business in China as for foreign company. Think of why they categorising their cities here, business opportunities generally shut off to new entrants as the existent players occupied majority of the market shares. To smash into the tier 1 cities you need to have substantial cash to burn into marketing. I'm glad JAT doesnt do it this way. If let you run the business then oh lord without one month the company will be liquidated
