Hi Spins, I don't think it is all that random. They have an agreement with Sinopharm to supply JAT products in China (ref announcement 31 Jan), with Sinopharm having over 5,000 stores across China. This at a minimum is 5,000 potential outlets for this cosmetics range.
Not advocating their decision one way or the other, just saying that I can see some rationale and synergy.
