Yeah, it's not a good result for the Cosmo IPO @straydog.
IMO the reason for the IPO failure is because management initiated the listing process without having ALL the necessary regulatory approvals in place. They assumed a best-case scenario for the IPO that required the Mining Entry Permit to be issued in a timely manner & failed to prepare for unexpected delays to the mining approvals process.
Hopefully they'll push out an announcement early next week & expedite refunds to investors.
