Non-Executive Directors
Each of the Non-Executive Directors has entered into a Director’s letter of
appointment and consultancy agreements with the Company in respect of
their appointment as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Under the
terms of their respective appointment letter and consultancy agreement,
they are entitled to a fee calculated per annum which accrues on a daily
basis and which is payable in equal monthly instalments. The total pool of
funds approved by the Company’s shareholders out of which Non-Executive
Directors are paid is $400,000
