    Would have to be some hedging going on.
    I am no expert on it but read below.

    Thus nickel reserves may look like they r going to drop, then hedge didn't work out for someone, and a whole lot is dumped back on the exchange, which had previously been written off.

    This is my understanding of it, but somebody may enlighten us further.
