Also a few of the punters seem to think the cost management was, lets say interesting. Some execs got their drop in salary recompensed with equity, and also reportedly went across to a 8 week on 8 off work regime. I can remember 5 weeks on 3 weeks off, but not 8/8.
My experience in working in Africa, is workers tend to go a bit astray/tropo after about 6 weeks, and productivity drops off exponentially. So of the 8 weeks worked, probably down to 75% being productive weeks is my guess. 6 weeks effective?
The Management needs to get a wriggle on and produce the oxide ounces, as well as a few other things. Very top heavy for a Junior Exploration company.
