Layoff's are always unfortunate but it's part of business, from a purely business POV, this is good, a $6.5M annual savings will help extend runway and buy enough time for 4DX to get some good runs on the board.
With the cap raise being oversubscribed, if we can get to 50c (first options strike) that'll give even more cash and liquidity into the business - we've still got a fair amount of time before those options expire, so I still remain hopeful and bullish on 4DX.
What the capital raised showed me is that DESPITE sentiment on HC being overall generally negative, a large portion of shareholders have faith in this company and invested via the SPP BELIEVING in the potential for SP to hit both options strike price - if they didn't either:
1. They'd sell or
2. Buy on market at 30-35c a piece
