    That's just admin costs - down from $21.8 in 2011 and $20.9m in 2012 to $9.5m in 2013.

    You'd have to ask why they were so high in the first place and still remain so high.

    And that's just admin. What about finance & marketing costs.

    No wonder this has sunk like a stone the past few years.
