The fact that it was unsolicited reads in our favor meaning that they approached us without us courting for a buyer which is good news. Spending half a million dollars on something that has ultimately resulted in nothing is a bitter pill to swallow but would you rather us not go down this path and let potential buyers pass us by? I am personally glad that they didn't announce to market that we had a suitor back in June because there would be blood on the streets today.
I don't really want to be bought out by another company, I want us to grow this business into its own global power house. It will take time, it will require patience and it will require even more so now than ever some steadfast leadership. AG has some ground to make up now to balance out the cash we just burnt.
